Our lip liner offers long-wearing staying power for up to 8 hours. For better longevity, prep your lips first and apply it before lipstick. Reapply as needed after eating or drinking.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders below $50 are charged a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout. Order processing takes 2–5 business days, and standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery status online.
8.What is your return process and return window?
You may submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your order. Email us at service@keyiju.com with your order number. Our team will review your request and send the approved return address. Do not send items back before receiving our approval.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
10.Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
